Urban Jungle Vibes

Eric and Misty, a doctor and engineer duo, recently moved from Los Angeles to a downtown San Diego high-rise. Their new home perfectly balances their urban lifestyle with botanical motifs that remind them of their travels to distant lands. And those 60s and 70s vibes? Eric and Misty adore the era (minus the wall-to-wall shag carpeting).

A Jungle Hideaway.

Patterns and textures layer up in the main bedroom to evoke that favorite childhood fort. The bathroom features 70s prints and tiles, but with modern fixtures for easy cleaning.

The botanical theme in their daughter's nursery goes jungle with a toned-down palette. Eric and Misty picked up the hand-woven carpet during their pre-kid adventures in Morocco.
